Cheers to all!!! The holiday season is almost at its crescendo. Drink and be merry. Happy Holidays.

So today seems to be starting on a good note, less rain in the forecast and the weekend looking good before the next storm on Monday. With stormy skies that brings some interesting picture taking moments. Hopefully I'll be able to capture a few today. We'll see. Stay posted.

Once again rain has come upon us here in San Diego. It looks like its going to be a long rainy schedule today. At least there's light at the end.

Rainy days are upons us in Southern California. Although this photo is of New York this photo sure tells the story of how it is here in San Diego.

The holiday outlooks is looking good this year. Go out and have a day trip to places near your home, like Palm Springs where you can ride a tramway up to the top of the mountain and capture excellent views.

Find new ways to shot a group. Jumping, sitting, vertical, horizontal, etc, etc. Group shots should be as dynamic as any photo that you shoot.

Today is the day Pearl Harbor was bombed and brought America into war. This was an event that defined a generation. We should be internally grateful for the sacrifices that each man and woman gave to this country. Never forget the legacy and lessons that they left behind.

For everyone who loves photography. Today my suggestion is to go out and photograph someone, something, whatever you want. Go out for 30 minutes, 1 hours, your lunch break. Just go out and enjoy for those precious. See what you take and then post the pictures, either on your blog, facebook, flickr, any means. Show what your day is like. For me photography is a creative outlet that lets me grow and learn who I am.
I shot this picture about 2 weeks ago. See how many photography sessions you can spot in this picture. Photography opportunities are everywhere so harness it.

I'm going to start a photo a day blog starting today. So I'll be posting a new photo that i've taken. And especially now since I've been looking back at some from the past.
"Let's let the sun set on not posting, and look forward to a new adventure."
